As with all personal safety devices, helmet fit is vitally important and can increase the risk of injury if not properly fit. Carefully measure the head approximately one inch above the eyebrows across a point at the back of the head that gives the largest measurement. Please remember: Helmets will "break in" with use. It is important that the helmet fits as tight as one can comfortably withstand to wear.

Please see the charts below for helmet fitting. If you do not know your hat size, please take a cloth tape measure and measure around the circumference of your head, just above your brow line.

PCI Elite Wired Impact Evo OS20 SA2020 Helmet

The wired Impact Evo Helmet is amazing. The comfort of this helmet is like no other from the first time you put it on total comfort. The helmet being prewired makes it a cinch to plug and play. Listening to music or other riders, every word is crisp and clear. The seal used around the visor seals off the outside while the pumper works magic to bring in cool, clean air. With the low side draft connection it gives you plenty of clearance to the bottom side of your cage.

Great helmet for the price

Great helmet for the price and is very comfortable, my only complaint is that it has a chemical smell that won’t come out of it even after washing. Stinks up my whole garage. Otherwise great helmet and great service from PCI .

We’re sorry you experienced an unpleasant smell, Impact said that is a known issue on some helmets. If it hasn’t been used we are happy to swap it out for one that doesn’t have an odor. Impact recommends airing it out and using Febreeze.

Comfortable from the start

I used the helmet for the first time last week at the San Felipe Baja 250. The radio worked great and the helmet fit like a glove without having to change the padding. Neck gen hardware attached easily as well
